This shop was great to work with and I LOVED my puzzles. However, the quality of the ornament was not a good. There was tissue stuck to it and visual scratches and scuffs. The design is beautiful but the quality was not good

Order this ornament and the finish was not good, since I was giving as a gift. Contacted shop and showed photo of finish, offered to resend new ornament. Please with communication and new ornament
